Turned out nice again…
KENCHELS FC is not only the most-travelled team in the veterans’ world. It is also the best turned out, as this lineup showing our new kit clearly indicates.
The new strip, loosely modelled on Barcelona’s, is the result of some generous sponsorship from the Post Office Sports Foundation.
It looks like this – magenta and sky blue stripes on the shirts, blue shorts with a white penline down the side and magenta socks to finish it all off.
This complements our existing ‘Genie’ strip, which we won through a British Telecom competition a couple of seasons back – courtesy of Neil ‘Worzel’ Andrews, who now plays football for Hayseeds Athletic somewere out in darkest Essex.
